It is my honor to work with those who are seeking help for challenges such as difficult relationships, problematic life cycles, or depression and anxiety.

Hello! I'm Zoe! Listening to people's stories and walking alongside in the feelings is truly an privilege for me. Life can be hard, and having a safe person to process with can be transformative. I have experience in the mental health field both as a client and a counselor. This experience provides me with a comprehensive perspective in order to help facilitate the journey of a lifetime.

My therapeutic approach comes from a blend of holistic, client-centered collaboration. I mainly draw from narrative and relational influences. A narrative modality encourages well-rounded conversation, engagement, and curiosity about your life story, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. A relational modality inspires new ways of relating, thinking, and feeling. The combination of these two modalities provides an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of one’s self. New connections made in this setting bring lasting internal transformation that can be applied to relationships outside the therapeutic context. The rewards include a life that includes delight, peace, curiosity, creativity, and meaning.

In addition to being a part of a peer-led consultation group, I work with my state-certified supervisor, Judith Hanna MSW, LICSW. Continuing education, both personally and professionally is very important to me so I can bring my best self to other relationships.

You matter, and your story matters. If you are seeking someone to walk beside while you explore your story and gain new insights for understanding, change, and growth, I would be honored to join you on your journey.
