About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-regulation, and life meaning.
It is normal to have challenges in life, and there should be no stigma attached to asking for help. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to listen and gently help guide individuals through any turbulent situations that they are currently experiencing or that are unsettled from the past. I believe that challenges offer individuals an opportunity to learn more about themselves, an opportunity to become more authentic, an opportunity to become more grounded, and an opportunity to find peace and meaning in life.
I believe in treating individuals holistically with the use of Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Somatic and Mindful approaches. My methods include EMDR, mindfulness, Qigong and Yoga. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, trauma, domestic violence, and self-regulation. I also assist individuals with sexual identity issues, gender identity issues and life purpose.
