About me
I’ve been a LMHC since 1998, with extensive experience utilizing various therapeutic tools such as, CBT, EMDR, and hypnosis, just to name a few.
Yvette has been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 1998 and is the owner of South Tampa Therapy & Wellness. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and she is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Yvette is a facilitator for Prepare~Enrich, a couples counseling program. Yvette is also trained to screen and diagnose Irlen Syndrome. Yvette specializes in the area of trauma work, with her extensive skills and training in EMDR.
South Tampa Therapy & Wellness is a private practice that believes in a personalized approach to wellness. We give each of our clients the individualized care for every one of them to obtain their full potential of personal growth and happiness. We offer in office visits, as well as virtual, to allow our clients to have a choice that meets their personal needs.
