I am an experienced pastoral psychotherapist and counselor who is committed to helping individuals and families in all kinds of pre and post adoption concerns, couple relationship issues, parenting concerns, codependency-addiction challenges, transitions in aging and grief and loss issues.

I work with the strong ones. The ones who are strong in belief, faith and have persevered through a lot. I am the type of therapist that has not only been professionally trained, but, has seen a lot of life too. As a result I bring a lot of Sage Wisdom to the counseling setting. Thus, I use a variety of techniques to meet you where you are.

I have also worked with persons from all different kinds of life experiences and social backgrounds. I am the therapist that really gets it! Life is hard (especially now). And even though you have persevered and overcome a lot, something is just not working now. You are thinking maybe this time you need some extra help---something or someone outside yourself. That's me! I am the therapist/couselor for you.

Finally, I am passionate about adoption and have taken specific training to meet the specialized trainings with the adoption/kinship networks.
I currently have a flexible schedule and can meet during the day or evening Monday - Thursday ( and some limited hours on Saturdays). You can email me or call. I will get back to you within a 24 hour period if you call during the week.
