Personal Stance:
I am a fully Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor also a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate under the guidance of Stephanie M. Taylor. I have clinical experience spanning adolescents, individuals, and diverse cultures. Armed with a bachelor's and master's degree in Psychology focusing on Addiction and Professional Counseling, I am excited to say that I have over five years of clinical expertise in settings ranging from structured outpatient programs to nonprofit and private practice.

My counseling approach is firmly grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). I embrace the Person-Centered approach; I strive for my sessions to be a judgment-free zone where clients can authentically be themselves, receiving the compassionate care they deserve. Together, we reduce or eliminate barriers and enhance practical coping skills. I am dedicated to assisting my clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
