About me
Families, couples, individuals . . . It takes a great deal of work to overcome challenges and make them all successful, healthy, and whole. This is why I do what I do. I am skilled at helping people by providing them support and strategies to overcome life's difficulties. I have worked with families, men and women, children, and teens, those struggling with depression, anxiety, major life transitions, parenting, school, and many other life circumstances. I am equipped to help people of all backgrounds and ages overcome mental, emotional, professional, relational, and other obstacles, in order to help them live the very best lives possible.
I am trained in several modalities, but at the heart of my work is a person-centered, multicultural, and existential approach that is proven to be effective at helping people live their best lives. I am a trauma-informed therapist with decades of experience navigating life as a spouse, parent, and a professional.
I am married with children, and have extensive life and professional experience. I've overcome quite a bit personally and professionally and that fuels my passion for helping people facing a wide array of problems from anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges to problems on the job, in relationships and marriages, with their kids in school, and with their families in general.
