We are each a work in progress, and every day is a new opportunity to move closer to the person we're made to be. If you are feeling defeated, stuck, or discouraged, therapy can help you grasp the hope that right now feels out of reach.
As a Perinatal Mental Health provider, I'm specially trained to counsel women with mental health challenges, such as Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Post-traumatic Stress, Grief and Loss in the perinatal period. My hope is for you to feel seen, validated, and supported throughout the unique hurdles you face as a caregiver and mother.
Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, strained relationship, anxiety, depression, grief, and/or trauma, there is freedom and healing to be found. I would love the privilege of walking alongside you on your journey.
