About me
Since 2013 I have been supporting individuals in navigating the psychological complexity of change. Whether it be a cancer diagnosis, divorce, death in the family, addiction, or the healing of past trauma, my focus is on connecting individuals to tools, resources, and experiences that tap into their innate and authentic wisdom, which then guides them on their journey forward.
Life is change. For the past eight years, I have been helping people navigate the uncertain waters of life. Whether it be dealing with illness, addiction, the loss of a loved one, trauma, divorce, or simply working through uncertainty and the anxiety and fear that come with it; my job is to accompany you through the storm and give you the tools and resources necessary to not only survive but thrive. There is a part of you that knows what is possible for your life, and with a bit of curiosity and awareness, we can tap into that wisdom and use it as a guide to not only heal your past but ensure a future that matches your potential.
My approach is holistic in nature and incorporates the body, heart, mind, and soul into the therapeutic container. What stories are you ready to let go of that no longer serve (mind), what different parts or aspects of yourself need healing (heart), what wisdom does your body have for you, and what new perspectives and understandings might be uncovered through the intelligence of your creativity and imagination (soul)?
As Lao Tzu says, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." If you're ready to start your journey towards a tomorrow that holds more purpose, meaning, beauty, joy, and well-being, then reach out to me for a free consultation, and together we'll explore an approach that's right for you.
