About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist and my specialty areas include: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, and caregiver support. I provide a calm, warm, and safe place for clients to explore their feelings and to create strategies to cope with life's stressors.
Therapy is unique to each person. My approach is to listen carefully to you and your unique story. Then, together, we will come up with a plan that will help. You will be in a safe and non-judgmental space. I will use evidence-based therapies, an open mind, a little bit of humor, empathy, and strategies to help you take care of YOU on this journey. I work with adults of all ages. My experience includes working in behavioral health and medical settings, hospices, and memory care.
When life starts to feel overwhelming, it is important to talk about it and get support. Most clients say that they have always been able to handle things themselves... until they are not. It is normal for there to be times when it may become too overwhelming to tackle alone. I'm here for you - in person or via Telehealth.
