Therapy is ... uncomfortable, intimidating, and nerve-wrecking. It can also be healing, supportive, and eye opening. Come experience it all. Together we will explore challenges, uncover strengths, and learn new skills. If you've decided to make a change but don't know where to start or perhaps, you're feeling stuck, anxious, confused or lonely, therapy can be a place to explore those feelings, gain insight & move towards the life you really want. While engaging in this transformational process, I want therapy to feel like the opposite of a doctor's visit! Here we can laugh, yell, and cry, all emotions are accepted and so are you.

Therapy should be a place where you can let go and lower your defenses. So many times, in life, we’re on guard and we stay on guard, completely lacking a place where we feel comfortable enough to let go and be open and vulnerable. My goal is to partner with clients to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where it’s ok to lower those defenses.

I respect the strength & vulnerability it takes to share your story, explore your feelings and to ask for help. It’s not easy. In turn my promise is to be authentic, open & humble. If the expectation is for clients to be real and unfiltered, I can meet the expectation of being authentic, genuine and compassionate. I look forward to being a part of journey.
