About me
I am a licensed professional counselor assisting individuals toward mental health healing and restoration. I am also an LPC Supervisor educating and empowering LPC Associates.
I am the founder and owner of Reynolds Counseling Services. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide counseling services to individuals, groups, and families. I use an eclectic style approach mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. I provide a welcoming environment for individuals to feel safe and affirmed. While working with couples, I often use Gottman proven methods and have been trained in Gottman Level I and II. Together we will navigate challenges and work towards a happier, healthier, balanced lifestyle.
