About me
Are you looking to explore the internal depths of your psyche? Are you interested in connecting with your inner child? If you are, then I commend you for your courage and strength. The therapeutic alliance is the bedrock for self-discovery and healing, and through a warm and understating environment, I look forward to helping you find the parts within that need help processing stored pain and energy.
While we explore your inner world, I will draw from psychodynamic perspectives, including IFS, and bring a here-and-now, mindfulness-based style to each session. I am influenced by existentialism, attachment theory, and client-centered perspectives founded by Carl Rogers. I am interested in working with individual youth, LGTBQ+, non-binary, and adults.
