I am an experienced sex and relationship therapist whos passionate about supporting my clients in creating more fulfilling, connected relationships with themselves and their partners.

As a sex and relationship expert, I help my clients gain insight into how their individual roles, thought patterns, reactions, and behaviors impact the intimacy and connection in their relationship. I teach my clients how to reconnect more effectively and authentically by listening to understand and speaking to be heard.

Sex and communication issues are incredibly common in committed relationships. While they look different in every relationship, what’s universal is that none of us came with a manual for our partner to understand our pleasure centers or our trigger points.

With a sex-positive, attachment-based approach, we can work together to help you gain an understanding of what turns you on and what sets you off.

People often come to therapy thinking that “fixing” the emotional part relationship will automatically result in solving any physical issues. For some, that’s the case. However, for many, the couple’s sexual dynamic also needs to be addressed. Our work together focusing on both the emotional and physical concerns will deepen the connection, communication, and intimacy in your relationship.

I help you gain the skills to ask for what you need without feeling needy and learn how to tap into the emotion when all you want to do is run away.

We work together to build awareness around your triggers, unconscious thought patterns, and negative assumptions, while also finding new, less reactive ways to respond during conflict. My clients walk away from therapy feeling more self-aware, compassionate, and connected to themselves and the people that matter most to them.
