Tricia Colbert is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over 20 years in the clinical setting. Her mission is to help individuals and their families become healthier in order to have a better quality of life. She uses a holistic approach, blending elements from different modalities in order to tailor treatment to clients' individual needs. Ms. Colbert treats a wide range of mental health and addiction issues, though her expertise is in mood and anxiety disorders as well as substance use disorders. Tricia completed her Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling and Post-Graduate Certificate for Professional Counseling from Monmouth University. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and more in her practice.
