I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is experienced in helping adults and adolescents heal from various forms of trauma.

Hey there! My name is Travis, I am one of the Licensed Professional Counselors at Full Life Christian Counseling. I have worked with clients from multiple backgrounds having various presenting problems, but I have the most experience and training working in trauma recovery. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who have experienced various types of traumas in their life and are looking for ways to grow beyond survival. I use EMDR as my main modality to walk with clients through reprocessing some of the most difficult things that have happened to them. If you feel stuck in the cycles of your traumatic experiences or controlled by the symptoms that have developed after, I may be able to walk with you towards wellness. I have experience in working with attachment trauma, complex childhood trauma, medical trauma, natural disasters, single event trauma, and relational trauma. Even if you are not able to identify any explicit trauma in your story, I may be a good fit for you if you are looking for someone to walk through your story with you. I have worked with many other mental health concerns and presenting problems like grief, anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunctions, and problematic pornography use. Working with my clients I love to blend evidence based practices with a secure attachment within the therapeutic relationship in order to guide them towards holistic wellness.
