Those closest to me know me as a wife, mother, business owner, a lover of cats, antiques and plants. My core values are altruism, well-being, generosity, and equality. While I enjoy spending time binge watching a new show, my ideal days off are spent outside with those I love.

As a therapist my goal is to walk alongside people during their times of hurt and frustration, work to make sure everyone is heard and understood, help sort out complicated emotions and ultimately chart a course of action that helps bring the therapy relationship to a close.
