I am an LCSW, with experience working with varying age groups, and diagnosis’, including ADHD in teens and adults, and trauma survivors.

You deserve to feel worthy, seen and heard. I work with all presentations and while I am skilled in diagnosing, our focus will be on the parts of yourself that get in your own way and not the DSM. A lot of life struggles can be focused-down to brain-based roadblocks, often resulting in a negative narrative that someone else has given you. We will build supportive interventions from a person-centered perspective. I am also working towards my HAES and Intuitive Eating certifications, to support others repairing connections to food and body. You deserve a whole and healed version of yourself. Let’s connect. **I currently do not accept insurance and do not plan to in the immediate future. I do offer a sliding scale fee.**
