About me
I am an experienced adult LCSW, therapist who is passionate about helping adults move into recovery from PTSD and learn coping skills with anxiety , depression, anger, substance and alcohol use disorders.
I have worked for 2 years with Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients build skills in interpersonal, mindfulness, distress tolerance (crisis survival skills), and regulating emotions. I am beginning to develop skills in Cognitive Process Therapy with several successful clients that have maintained their recovery with their PTSD. I am also working with client in Domestic Violence. I am helping clients with several types of anxiety issues to gain coping skills to maintain their recovery with anxiety, OCD, social anxiety and others. I have almost 4 years of knowledge of working with many types of mental health and substance abuse disorders.
