About me
Long-time counselor who still remains dedicated to helping folks find new ways to cope with life's challenges and move on.
I am trained in several evidence based practices but I am also well aware they don't work for everyone. If the first line approach doesn't fit, I have access and experience with several others until one does. If for any reason, I am what doesn't quite fit, I am also more than happy to help find a fit there as well.
