You were just staring at your work calendar.Here’s what you do know: your venti vanilla pumpkin foam cold brew adds 2 shots is lukewarm at best because you don’t know how to schedule a lunch and take a sip of what you need (emotionally and literally). Resentment grows in that secret closet in your brain until it unleashes like a mental forest fire.

Nature seems to help, work can’t follow where there isn’t cell service. But you haven’t found a way to bring that peace home with you. Writing and journaling tangentially leads to spirals of emotional breakdown, even though it’s cathartic. What you need is a container that can hold the fire that threatens to burn.

Howdy hey, I’m Tim - LCSW, nature loving poet, INFJ, and recovering people pleaser. Most importantly, I'm a frustrated dreamer who knows how hard it is to build a lifestyle that cares for yourself and gives you confidence in your everyday situations.
