I truly believe that people deserve to have therapy with a therapist who cares about helping to resolve issues, manage symptoms, develop new coping skills, and provide potential clients with support, motivation and empowerment so that they are able to go out into the world and live their best life. I would love to have the opportunity to guide you through your journey of healing. FYI I do my best to keep up with current events, pop culture and consider myself to be a pretty hip therapist.

Together we can create a plan of which goals and problems you want to address which begins by building a relationship founded on trust. Then we can move towards applying interventions, techniques and strategies that aid you in accomplishing your goals. My approach is person-centered with an eclectic mix of humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, Trauma Informed-CBT, DBT-based, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
