I am an experinced therapist who is dedicated to helping others cope with anxiety and life transitions.

I’m truly fascinated by people, which is why I enjoy my job so much! I am a life long learner who wants to share skills with everyone so they too can live a more fulfilling life, however they see fit.

I work with teens and adults who catch themselves stuck in perpetual problems and are tired of going in circle. They question their choices and worry that someone (anyone) is going to judge them. They are re-learning self-expression and working towards caring a bit less about what others think. Through their process, they increase their confidence in setting boundaries and communicating to create lasting connections. Having had my own experiences with this (which will be different from yours), I know the value of finding ways to express yourself to create fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

The most enjoyable part of my job is getting to hear the raw unedited version of what people think when there is no worry about how it will be received (the authentic self). If you are feeling unsure about how you express yourself or worried that being honest means losing connections with others, you are my people and I’m ready to support you in feeling empowered to live a more authentic and engaged life.

My approach is similar to a friend, only with better advice. I provide tools for you to regulate your body and mind in the present moment so that you can respond with confidence and control the reaction you show/give others. We can build the self-awareness and self-compassion to redefine your story, advocate for yourself, and connect with others.
