Hello!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with over 10 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families in various settings. My journey began as an elementary school teacher. While in the classroom, I completed graduate school and transitioned to social services. It was during this time, my passion for helping families and providing critical wrap-around services to families truly blossomed. Shortly afterwards, I accepted my first school counseling position. I had a desire to broaden my counseling experiences beyond an educational environment. This led me to gain experiences working in psychiatric hospital. I believe this foundation allows me to serve my clients in a better way. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, post partum depression, trauma, and school related issues.

My counseling style is warm, eclectic, non-judgmental, and interactive. While working together, you will be in a safe space. In this place, you will be heard and validated. As your therapist, I will walk with you as you work to rewrite old narratives and peel back layers to heal. I will be with you every step of the way.
