About me
I am an experienced psychologist with many years of experience with a special focus on helping adults work with anxiety , depression ,anger and challenging times of transition.
I create a comfortable environment in my office where people feel safe to share. It is my belief that each of us is unique in our histories and in the strengths that we bring to a situation. Part of the experience of therapy is to identify the strengths and successes we have had in our lives and to discover how these things can impact the current concerns we are facing. Often through the experience of talking with a therapist people are able to figure out how to take the steps that will make their life situation and relationships work better.
Therapy can be particularly helpful for relationships such as between partners, within families and for children with their peers and in their school experiences. Periods of transition are also times when therapy is useful. Support and clarification during changes in life can aid in a more positive outcome.
