I am a clinical therapist who is passionate health, mental & physical as well as spiritual, and about meeting client where they are at. I love helping people find tools and strategies to reach their goals and find hope in and through their hardships.

Tessa is the owner & clinical therapist at Lakeview Wellness LLC. Tessa is passionate about wellness & offering a holistic, strengths-based approach to therapy and to customize sessions to meet each individuals needs. Tessa provides supervision half the week, therefore she has limited openings for therapy and assessment. However, a waitlist is also available when she is full.

Tessa previously worked as an in-home skills & therapy practitioner, a clinical supervisor/assessor at an autism center, a clinical supervisor for in-home programs, and as a case manager for the counties.

Tessa is a mom of 3 and has 4 stepchildren. She was a military spouse for 7 years, lived in Japan for 3 years, and loves learning about other cultures. She taught English in Japan.

Tessa enjoys working with different cultures and backgrounds. She is familiar working with clients and families from African and Middle Eastern backgrounds.
