Creatively facilitating a safe and therapeutic environment for youth and adults, with a focus on trauma; using Art Therapy, EMDR and talk therapy, both online and in person. Art Therapy and EMDR are highly effective ways of expression for many who have experienced trauma and have mental health concerns. I believe that building rapport and trust is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic relationship.
