I've been in the mental health field for over 20 years with practices in both California and Washington State. With a Masters in Spiritual Psychology as well as Counseling Psychology, I have additional training as an Integrative Nutrition Coach and Fitness Professional. With an emphasis on Mind, Body and Soul, I specialize in a holistic approach to mental health. When working with me, we will utilize a "whole person" approach and shore up all areas of your life while also addressing specific life events and issues.

I utilize an approach that is warm, respectful, real and personable. I invite you to become your authentic self and work to create a safe space to explore what that is for you. I will be direct and will softly, but firmly challenge your old stories and beliefs that no longer serve you and support you in tuning in and listening to your deeper wisdom, truer voice and personal power. I believe we all have the answers we are looking for and are the experts in our own life, but we get lost along the way. Therapy forges a path back to who you always were deep within and helps you find a safe way to be that person and live your truth. It would be an honor to support you on that path.
