I am a counselor who is dedicated to helping you get unstuck and move forward by collaborating with you. I work with all ages and a wide range of concerns. My specialties are teens and trauma.

Many people are experiencing increased mental health concerns-- depression, anxiety, loneliness, isolation, grief, stress, and more. I want to be with you in those difficult situations, because I understand how hard it can be. Sometimes you just need a listening ear and some tools to move forward. For your comfort, I offer both in-person sessions and online teletherapy (video chat) sessions. The Twelve Stones Counseling office is on the Denver/Aurora border (right off I-225 and Iliff) and helps the Denver, Aurora, Centennial, and Parker communities in person and people in other Colorado communities online.
