About me
I am an experienced, culturally competent therapist who provides individual and couples therapy to adolescents and adults. My goal is to assist others in developing a healthy sense of self and strengthening their relationships. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Aurora University. I have ten-plus years of experience working in social services and mental health. I am here to be a part of de-stigmatizing mental illness.
Are you going through a difficult transition? Are you struggling with creating and maintaining healthy relationships? Are you feeling numb? Do you feel depressed or always angry? If you answered yes, I would be happy to assist.
I specialize in collaborating with clients to identify the core causes of emotional distress. My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I utilize various theories and interventions for clients to reach optimal wellness. My therapeutic style creates an empathetic non-judgemental space where I can encourage individuals to open up and be themselves.
