About me
I offer professional care, empathy, and healing to children, teens, and adults by using the love of Jesus and a Christian therapeutic approach to offer support for life's greatest challenges.
I meet with clients within a church and utilize the Holy Spirit as well as evidence based therapeutic processes to walk with you through life's difficult situations. I am certified in trauma therapy and have been trained in EMDR and Splankna. Deciding to get therapeutic help can be a very hard decision. It is important that you find someone you connect and feel comfortable with. I promise to offer you a safe, non-judgmental place to talk. I will help you to understand your situation and provide you with skills to cope with depression, anxiety and emotional regulation. I love to see my clients move from a place of distress to feeling joy and peace in life. Even with significant traumas and distressing situations, it is possible to feel better and even excited about life. We sometimes get stuck and feel as though this is as good as it will ever be. This is not true! There is always the possibility to heal!
