About me
am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the State of North Carolina. I am a graduate of Liberty University where I received my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling. I specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of overcoming emotional and physical trauma. I am able to aid clients of all ages deal with grief, relationship issues, life adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and stress management.
I value the relationships that I am able to build with each client and develop each session to fit individual client needs, which allows them to find inner strength and to live with confidence. I understand no two individuals are the same, and I tailor our sessions together to address challenges unique to you. We will work together to understand the root cause of your struggles and address those issues with long-lasting strategies, helping you get closer to the life you’ve always wanted.
With compassion and understanding, it is my goal to work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and to attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
