I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over ten years of experience working with all ages in multiple settings. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, adhd, and stress.
For over a decade I have supported many individuals on their journey and have a passion for supporting trauma survivors. I am here to assist you on your journey to awaken to your true self and find your path in life. I specialize in CBT, trauma informed care, IFS, solution focused and many other techniques to support releasing stored trauma and emotions. My work has focused on neuroplasticity; supporting others to rewire their brain and develop a healthy sense of self.
