My main theoretical orientations are CBT and DBT and I am passionate in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues and managing stress.
My philosophy of the process of counseling is cultivating a collaboration between client and counselor to create a positive, safe environment where change and healing can begin. My view of the therapeutic journey is that the client is the expert of their own process being supportively guided by the counselor along the way.
