I am an experienced psychotherapist providing counseling to adults, adolescents, and children.
I’ve been practicing for over 20 years, 10 of which have been in my own private practice.. I run an inclusive practice that is accepting of all genders, races, identities, and abilities. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy for treatment of anxiety, depression, and various other mental health issues. I also specialize in working with trauma and am trained in EMDR (the gold standard for trauma treatment). I look forward to being a partner in helping you meet your therapeutic goals.
