About me
I am an experienced clinical therapist who is dedicated to & enjoy working with ages 5 & up. My specialties have included, but not limited with; children, adolescents, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD & first responders.
I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who graduated from KU with my Masters completing my Clinical at Prairie View. I have ventured out on my own tailoring different therapeutic approaches to help others with growth & healing. Trainings include but not limited to; Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy & Trauma Focused Therapy. I work closely with those affected with many issues, some are, but not limited to; Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Grief/Loss, Stress, Self Esteem & Personal Growth. Volunteering with CISM (Critical Incident & Stress Management) with; first responders, business traumas (Greensburg Tornado, Hesston shooting, Bank Robberies, Employee deaths at different businesses). Past volunteering; School Site Counsels, Appropriations committee with United Way, Scouts Leader, Business Community, etc.
