About me
As a LMFT, I am licensed to evaluate, diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders, health issues, behavioral issues and a wide range of relationship dynamics within the context of couples, marriage and family systems. My training enables me to use the lens and context of family dynamics to understand people of all ages. That includes children and adolescents, emerging adults, adults including aging challenges.
Caring about people, as well as their relationships especially in families, I am committed to being a resource for anyone seeking change, growth and healing. I have respect for individuals' religious and spiritual beliefs. Do you need to build trust? Do you feel emotionally exhausted and/or alienated from others? Are you anxious? Do you need assistance with marriage, parenting and/or generational issues? Do you want to build a strong foundation for your marriage by effective pre-marital counseling? I offer PREPARE-ENRICH, SYMBIS, and the Gottman Relationship Assessment for premarital and married couples at their request. PREPARE-ENRICH also offers a Parenting Inventory which is effective in supporting parents and their needs, as well as their childlren's needs..
