I am a Somatic Psychotherapist using a body-based approach to helping clients understand and regulate their nervous system.

Hello! I am passionate about helping others learn about their internal process, not only to better understand their emotions but to bring more fullfillment in their lives! I personally have been on a journey to embody my experience and have found groundedness, expansion and joy through befriending my nervous system and discovering my authenticity and resilience. I work interactively in sessions with a pace that is attuned to my clients, with compassion, playfulness and curiousity. I honor each client's process and create somatic safety, first and formost.
I have training in Somatic Experiencing Technique, grief counseling, and psychodynamic theory. I draw on my experience with shamanism, Buddhism, mindfulness practice, expressive arts and Emotional Freedom Technique.
