A curious and nonjudgmental explorer of the human experience!

I am a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, behavioral disorders, relational issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic approach is rooted in a variety of treatment modalities including Psychodynamic theory, Jungian theory, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I work with clients to explore the unconscious and increase psychological flexibility through focusing on emotions, interpersonal relationships, exploring past experiences, and identifying recurring patterns. I assist my clients with emotional regulation, cultivating personal insight, developing agency, and increasing self-esteem.

I treat all clients with unconditional positive regard, believing in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a change agent. I aim to create an empathic and non-judgmental space for clients to be honest and vulnerable. Guided by the person-centered service model, I believe that the client is the expert of their own life and work collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals.

Other clinical interests of mine include researching personality, psychotic, and dissociative disorders, as well as working with the homeless population. In my free time, you can find me sewing, completing puzzles, or catching some sunshine!
