I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Associate (LMFTA) in Washington State, I provide counseling for couples, families, and individuals. I meet with clients both in-person and via telehealth. My office is located in Seattle’s Fremont Neighborhood and I use Thera-link for telehealth meetings. I work with clients ages ranging from early childhood (3+) through adulthood. I am neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed, and strive to stay up to date with evidence-based research. As a mental health counselor, I believe that your life takes priority; no matter the extent of suffering or distress you are experiencing, you deserve to be heard and treated with unconditional positive regard.
