About me
I have worked in the mental health field for over thirty years. I offer individual therapy for adults, family and couples therapy, and Co-Parent Coaching services.
My first priority in my practice is to understand your concerns and goals for therapy. I am trained in the most up to date evidenced based approaches to help individuals who are seeking assistance with dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, or experiencing relationship challenges. For those of you who are seeking direct help with you primary relationships, I can help you communicate more effectively, gain mutual understanding, and find a pathway together that supports your relationship. For families who are in transition or afterward, I offer Co-Parent Coaching Services so that as parents you can establish new ways of communicating and supporting your children from separate homes, and gain skills for resolving conflict.
