I help adults understand and love themselves to heal depression, trauma, and self-doubt.

I lead with a trauma-responsive and neurodivergent-affirming approach. We can incorporate creative and embodied experiences in your therapy to support deep, authentic healing.

To help connect with nonverbal/nonconscious aspects of your experience, I offer virtual sandtray and creative options in ways that are accessible to even people who don't identify as creative. These help people tap into the inner resources they didn't even know they had.

I also incorporate mind-body techniques like EFT Tapping and Guided Focusing (felt sense), which help your nervous system to heal. Many symptoms are a result from trauma that is stored in the nervous system, so this can be critical to include.

Another special way we can work together is addressing your Inner Child and other Parts to help you navigate internal conflict and your self-relationship. Together, we will create your path to healing and loving yourself!

I believe that connecting with yourself and with others, like in a therapy relationship, is healing. Often, people who had previous difficulties in counseling relationships find that we are able to form a connection that is helpful. I consider the client to be the expert on their own experience, so I'll generally avoid diagnostic language and focus on how you describe your perspective. I'll tailor our work to you, and I stand by autonomy and consent. I'm diversity-aligned, and I know that involves challenging myself to always grow.
