With nearly two decades of experience working with individuals, groups, and families, I am dedicated to guiding my clients through their healing process by listening to their unique needs and goals for personal growth.

Since receiving my Master of Social Work in 2005 at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, I have served many individuals, groups, and families in the Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. area in various supporting roles. I began my career in child welfare, working to support children in foster care and pre-adoptive homes. From there, I transitioned to school-based mental health services, where I served as a school therapist to multiple independent schools in the DC/MD/VA region for nearly a decade, From pre-kindergarten to 12th grade, I employed various methods in teaching and leading students through exploration, discussion, and interventions related to many of the common mental health issues affecting today’s youth, including:

-LGBTQIA+ Support

Since 2020, I have transitioned into private practice. I continue to serve individuals, groups, and families in therapeutic services tailored to meet each client’s mental health needs. I currently offer therapeutic services for teens and adults. I focus on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients, so that we can work together to make the most out of your time in therapy, and help you reach your personal wellness goals.
