My goal is to assist my clients by providing techniques and tools to help minimize their difficulties and help work towards creating a fulfilling life. I help clients work through difficulties such as but not limited to stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, guilt, shame, recovery, and grief. We work together to identify and meet your goals.
I utilize a variety of methods such as holistic, mindfulness, and self-reflective practices to help clients reduce feelings of anxiety and depression and build self awareness. I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 18286), EMDR, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Provider, Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional, Trauma I and II certified, and Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional. I graduated from a SACSCOC accredited program at Nova Southeastern University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I completed my undergraduate degree at Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
