I use my knowledge of psychology, health, nutrition, & bodywork to help people reconnect with their best selves and flourish! I focus on a mind & body connection. My passion is to work with people on their therapeutic journey and help them overcome emotional, behavioral, and psychological issues.

My areas of work include but are not limited to: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma & PTSD, relationships, divorce, grief, anger management, OCD, substance abuse, sexual trauma, parenting, pregnancy and post-partum, ADHD, mood disorders, and more! My approach draws on my diverse experience and training, and true dedication to helping people transform!
