About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in several diverse settings, which has given me a unique therapeutic approach. I am passionate about working with individuals who have felt unseen and misunderstood. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to stand with the feelings that continue to cause you pain, fear, or discomfort. Together, we will expand your self-awareness, create a shared language, and foster your ability to make decisions that reflect your goals and values. My hope is to help you on your path to healing while you begin to set down the things that no longer serve you.
We will begin wherever you feel ready and at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to highlight your strengths, identify areas of change, and focus on how you can be kind to yourself throughout that process. I will utilize a holistic approach and prioritize collaboration while creating a wellness plan that continues to meet your needs.
