About me
Welcome to my practice! I am an Italian-American psychotherapist, with almost two decades of experience in working with couples and individuals suffering from different levels of trauma, which often manifest as anxiety, depression, toxic relationships, addiction or self harming behaviors.
I look at human beings as a multitude of parts that often play roles that are no longer adaptive. We might feel stuck suffering in co-dependent relationships, or feeling exhausted by binging, or often triggered by our environment. We might feel overwhelmed by our every day "duties," or by the cultural pressure and expectations. You are not alone. As an experienced therapist I can assure you that there is hope for healing and feeling connected with ourselves and others.
I'm specialized in a wide range of techniques. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR ) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), recommended by WHO to treat PTSD. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
