About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor(LMHC) and have over 12 years of experience working with individuals who are struggling within their lives personally, socially and emotionally. I received my degree from Webster University in 2011. Since obtaining my degree, I have worked to help individuals find their path in life through a journey of self discovery and emotional healing of past traumas. My passion is helping people live life fully and seeing people discover their own inter-strength.
As a therapist, I focus on helping individuals feel empowered to make the necessary changes needed in order to reach their full potential. I specialize in depression, anxiety, adjusting to life changes, and working through trauma. You are the captain of your own ship and I am here to lend a helping hand. I offer telehealth sessions as my way of engaging clients in the counseling process. Change is difficult but living with fear and emotional pain is something that you don't have to do. My main goal is to assist individuals in living their best life. Let me guide you to a place where you can discover the answers that are already within you.
