Welcome! I bring to my practice a unique blend of specialized training & life experiences. I feel passionate about helping others have an embodied experience of psychological & spiritual healing. My deepest intention for my clients is that they feel uplifted & more closely aligned w/ their hearts’ true desires. I encourage clients to cultivate a genuine & authentic approach to life, regardless of earlier life experiences & messages. I am a Certified IFS Therapist and I am Level 3 trained in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model of psychotherapy by the IFS Institute; IFS is a ‘powerful’ modality for reclaiming one’s vitality in life! I apply trauma-informed integrative approaches and I customize my approach to meet the needs, strengths, and personality of each client.

Both happiness & peace of mind are more accessible when we reach a deeper connection w/ knowing ourselves & others.

Clinically, I work within a humanistic framework and my therapeutic style and approach is relaxed, relational, and experiential. I blend practical, effective tools with an intuitive, spiritual approach to my work. I firmly believe that great therapy involves a collaboration between Therapist and Client. I enjoy assisting clients in fostering their ability to access and reconnect with their inner wisdom, capacity for change, dreams, and happiness.
