About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and I received my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University with CACREP endorsements and completed my Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from Lamar University as well. I am supervised by Don Zablosky, LPC-Supervisor in the state of Texas with license #18541.
I am an Air Force veteran who retired from the US Department of Veterans Affairs. I consider where you are in your life and help you transition to where you want to be using a person-centered approach in mental health therapy that is specialized by your needs and choices. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and others.
