About me
Hi there! Do you feel like words are too clumsy to express what you're feeling? Do you feel held back by past experiences? Maybe you've tried therapy and it just didn't feel like it was enough. If that sounds like you, then I invite you to join me on a journey to reclaiming your truth through art therapy. Above everything, I stive to help you find hope. Through art therapy, we can work together to find color and meaning for the parts of life you have struggled to find words for.
You may be wondering- what exactly is clinical art therapy? Well, you don’t have to be an artist to participate! In session, you will have the option to use art as a tool to enhance traditional talk therapy methods. Through this process, you can expect to create, explore, play, heal, and find a loving home within yourself.
I believe that healing begins when we foster a safe and loving environment for our self-expression to thrive. So please reach out. Because you deserve to feel a sense of pride, hope, courage, belonging, integrity, and compassion in your life. I have immediate availability- email me or fill out an inquiry on my website today to get started!
